Why do I need an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate is a legal requirement when selling or renting a property. EPCs play a role in promoting energy-efficient practices, reducing carbon emissions, and helping you make informed decisions about how to reduce your energy bills
EPCs are often required when applying for Government funding such as Energy Saving Trust grants or loans. They are a great way to see what would improve your home; from insulation to Solar Panels and more!

1. How long does an EPC take?
Typically it's between 30-45min at your property and I aim to create and submit your EPC within 24hrs.
2. How much is an EPC?
My EPC reports start at £60 and most houses are between £80-£130. The more rooms, extensions or alterations the more time and detail is required for the EPC.
3. I'm busy, when can you do my EPC?
I can do evenings and weekend appointments (there may be a small additional charge). I'm happy to work with your schedule so please email me with your requests
